My name is Doug Estes. I am the Operations Manager of CleanBrite Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and I would like to tell you a little about me and our company.
We started this company with the idea that if we treat people with respect, treat them fairly and honestly and provide a high quality service, they would not only continue to call us for their cleaning needs but they would also be proud to refer us to their friends and relatives.
Now, the majority of work that we do is from repeat customers and referrals from these loyal customers. I am happy to say that this philosophy has worked very well for us and at the same time works very well for our customers.
I started cleaning carpet and upholstery in the Greater Cincinnati area in 1985. I attended training classes to get the proper education in various aspects of cleaning carpet and upholstery. I attended seminars to get a better understanding of carpet construction and how cleaning chemicals work. My plan was to get as much training, education and knowledge as possible so that I could be the best in the business.
Still today I do a lot of the cleaning myself so that I can stay in close contact with our customers to make sure they continue to get the high level of service that they expect and deserve and I stay up to date with new technology so that I can maintain the highest level of service possible.
