COLON HYDROTHERAPY Colon hydrotherapy, often also called a "high colonic" or "high enema", entails a gentle lavage of the colon or large intestine with filtered water. This process accelerates hydration and supports the body's efforts to efficiently evacuate. Once the colon is thoroughly freed of debris, it can receive waste matter stored in other areas of the body. This partially very old waste material, which could not be eliminated via a "very full" and therefore functionally challenged, sluggish colon, is often "backed up all the way to the Lymphatic system. Once the colon has more room, so to speak, it can now except waste material. Since the colon is the last body part of elimination, all this waste can exit. Results are often life changing! I choose to work with a "closed system". Standard procedures and equipment are regulated and observed through I-Act (the International Association of Colon hydrotherapy) and I am qualified at the highest level of education and Certifications and for a very long time. Possible series of colon hydrotherapy, hand in hand with your choice of a juice fast and/or the intake of high nutritional, solid food , exercise, as well as a positive outlook on life will support your effort to Better Health tremendously!!!
