Byer, Bennett & Associates, P.L.C. is a small locally owned and operated land surveying business. We are conveniently located on Route 8 in Riner, Virginia just four miles south of I-81 in Christiansburg. For residential, commercial, and industrial land surveying, we are your local choice.

BB&A was established in February of 2003, and owner, Dale R. Byer, has over 30 years of land surveying experience. Dale is a licensed surveyor in both Virginia and West Virginia, and also proudly served our country as a construction and geodetic surveyor in the United States Marine Corps. Our services include highway construction stakeout, bridge construction stakeout, bridge construction monitoring, commercial site construction stakeout, subdivisions and lot line revisions, land boundary surveys, topographic mapping, land title surveys, preliminary engineering surveys, as-built surveys, and ground control surveys for aerial photography. BB&A is equipped with both GPS and robotic land surveying equipment.
