Hello Everyone,
My name is Miki, the owner chef of
two sushi restaurants: The 242 Cafe
Fusion Sushi in Laguna Beach and the
recently opened Sushi Gallery Miki in
Manhattan Beach. Sushi Gallery
Manhattan Beach was started on the
intention of creating a space were
people can enjoy themselves and be
entrenched in positive energy.
The nature soothes, relaxes, eases
and heals our souls. The restaurant
interior is designed based on
environmental themes with a hint of
Japanese influence. The restaurant
interior is my canvas for my artistic
self-expression. The interior was
designed and built myself. Like the
dishes served in 242 Cafe Fusion
Sushi, Sushi Gallery Miki serves my
original signature dishes.
I currently have 22 years of chef and
18 years of sushi experience. 242 Cafe
Fusion Sushi in Laguna Beach has
recently celebrated its 9th
anniversary since opening in 2000. 242
Cafe Fusion Sushi has been praised
and acknowledged by LA Times,
Cosmopolitan and Rachel Ray. My goal
is to pursue the happiness
experienced by customers at Sushi
Gallery Miki Manhattan Beach with
creative new dishes. I'll see you guys
