Description:
The original Boston Tae Kwon Do Academy was opened in Boston in 1981 by 7th Degree Black Belt, Master Joseph Pina. Boston Tae Kwon Do Academy of Randolph was opened in 1994 by Four-Time World Champion and 4th Degree Black Belt, Pedro Xavier. Currently there are four locations.
Boston Taekwondo Academy is the finest school in the area, dedicated to making your Martial Arts experience an enjoyable, educational and exciting journey. Our instructors bring out the best in all of our students. They have studied and trained for years to qualify as part of the Boston Taekwondo Academy Team, and their primary goal is to assist you in being the best you can be.
Our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking, and kicking. We will help you stay fit, provide you with a comprehensive personal development program, and acquire effective self-defense skills. It is our goal to improve our students’ quality of life.
Although we honor Martial Arts traditions that go back centuries, we are dynamic and are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite our students.
At Boston Tae Kwon Do Academy we also host various activities and events for our students, and their family and friends. We have fun Back to School events, Halloween Costume Contest, and Student Movie Nights. We also host entertaining and educational Animal Shows, exciting Mad Science Experience, Parent’s Coach Days and Board Breaking Buddy Days. In the summer time we also host an exciting Kid’s Fun Fest with Moonwalks, Dunk Tanks and raffle off many prizes. We also offer Birthday Parties filled with exciting Martial Arts Games and a Black Belt instructor ready to teach awesome techniques to all our birthday guests. Four times per year we host a Belt Graduation Ceremony at Randolph High School gymnasium to congratulate our students and promote them to their next belt. The Belt Ceremony is a great opportunity for students to showcase their progress and raise their confidence level by demonstrating their martial arts skills to their family and friends.
We pledge to make each student’s journey as fun, exciting, and educating as possible. We monitor progress closely and walk with students every step of the way. We believe that being a Martial Artist is not just learning to kick and punch, it is about becoming the best that you can be in every way. |

Boston Tae Kwon Do Academy’s Adult program will not only empower you with an outlet to release stress, but will also provide you with the tools to deal with the daily challenges of life. Our Life skills and Leadership Curriculum will help you to clarify your goals, motivate you to take action on a daily basis, increase your confidence level, and improve your focus on what matters most to you.
Students at Boston Tae Kwon Do Academy experience better body balance with improved muscle tone, strength, flexibility, stamina and overall energy level. We teach strategic self defense which communicates to others that you are a kind person, but you are not a person to be shoved around. Of course we develop confidence with practical self defense techniques as well. We look at self defense like car insurance; hopefully, you never have to use it, but if you do, you’re glad you have it. |
