Golden Rule Catering is a family owned and operated catering service in Amelia, OH. The company was established in Georgetown, Ohio in March of 1994. Carol Amrine has been the owner of Golden Rule Catering for over 15 years, and has been a proud resident of Clermont County most of her life.
Carol graduated from Glen Este High School, received her degree in Dietary Healthcare Management from the University of Florida, and has worked in the health care industry for over 20 years in venues such as Madeira Health Care Center and Eastgate Retirement Village. She had always dreamed of having her own business, and Golden Rule Catering made this dream come true.
Today, Carol and her husband (Scott) are managing the company from the heart of Amelia Village off of Route 125. Carol's sister, Tammy Battista, is the company's exclusive on-site floral designer. In addition, Carol, Scott and Tammy's children also assist in making every catered event a success.
