Graduating from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering in 1971, Dr. Joseph W. Chang became intrigued with the detailed concepts needed in quality dentistry. After receiving a Doctorate of Dental Science from UCLA in 1975, he was chosen to begin a pioneer program —The UCLA General Practice Residency Program. This program, dedicated to sophisticated and difficult cases not normally encountered by a general dentist, allowed him to perform most dental specialty procedures at reasonable fees without the need for referrals.

Our entire staff works together as a team. Your good health and well being are the goals we want to achieve through preventative dental care, education and definitive restorative dentistry.
